Products & Pricing
Our products are decorative display models and home décor items — they are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14. Because many items are handmade, minor variations in colour, finish and dimensions are normal. All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required; the total is confirmed at checkout before payment.
Orders & Payment
An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or items out of stock (with a full refund in each case). Payments are processed by licensed payment providers under their own terms.
Promotions
Buy-2-get-1-free and other promotions are applied automatically at checkout as described at the time of the promotion, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law (including Australian Consumer Law and equivalent consumer protections in the US and EU), our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
