30-Day Returns
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Because many of our pieces are handmade, slight variations in colour and finish are natural and are not considered defects.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 48 hours with a return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and post it back.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging — we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging cannot be accepted. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.
