Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Europe (EU/UK) and Australia. Orders are dispatched from either our China warehouse or our Australia warehouse, depending on stock levels — the exact option and estimated delivery time for your destination is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Times
- Australia: 3–12 business days (from either warehouse)
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 8–18 business days
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas) delivery may take a few extra days.
Shipping Rates
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the warehouse your order ships from. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout ship free.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Customs & Duties
Shipments into the US, EU/UK and Australia for personal-use orders are generally duty-free under each region's de-minimis rules, but where applicable, any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. EU orders shipped from our China warehouse include IOSS handling for orders within EU import thresholds.
